Obtaining pictures of meter readings to ensure accurate invoicing for your customer. We can also advise and report issues with smart meters as well as booking smart meter appointments to help the customer manage their bills in the future.

Dealing with change of tenancies is one of the most challenging areas across our sector. Utility Collections removes the headache by supplying the required information for you to process the change of tenancy - from lease agreements to landlord details and copy of business rates. Utility Collections will ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
Erroneous Transfers
These supply points can effectively be receiving free electricity and gas and can be costly for suppliers. We will aim to identify and rectify any Erroneous Transfer; we understand that locating supply points and gaining contact with the bill payer is often a challenge for suppliers.
Theft of Supply
Investigations of theft of electricity and gas. This happens when a site is disconnected and the tenant or other individual wires the supply to another meter. This is illegal and can be costly to the supplier. Our services will fully support your TRAS & Revenue Protection obligations.
Disconnections Services
Unfortunately, when all other avenues have been exhausted, there are times when a supply needs to be disconnected. Utility Collections provide a full end-to-end disconnection service. This doesn’t stop us trying to avoid this action right up until the very last moment.
