Hailing originally from Glasgow, Kevin has spent 20+ years leading large customer service and sales teams across the UK. Having worked in the energy industry for over 10 years, Kevin has a unique insight into how doing things differently can mean doing them better as well.

Kevin’s focus within Utility Collections is developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring that service levels exceed expectations

Damien oversees the day to day running of the company as it builds its unique platform for field utility services.

With over two decades of experience in the utility sector covering numerous roles such as sales, service and debt support, his mission is to develop and deliver UC’s business strategy, delivering exceptional service levels to UC’s employees and customers.

Pam is a Financial Accountant, experienced in a wide range of businesses from start-ups to large multi-national groups in various fields, including Energy. 

After taking a job in Paris for several years she's now settled in the North West, with a grown up son. She enjoys motorcycling with her husband and friends across the UK and abroad.

Noel Sutcliffe has almost 9 years’ experience across the commercial energy industry. 

At Utility Collections he manages both the internal and field based resolution teams and has a passion for exceptional customer service operations.

He loves a cup of tea as long as it’s in a pint cup!

Having successfully studied law at University, Natalie has held a wide range of senior positions across leading energy consultancies, independent suppliers and Energy DCA businesses over the past 15 years.

As a result, Natalie has developed a wealth of experience within supply operations, ranging from SPA & data flow management, billing, payments, debt management & debt sale across both SME and I&C markets.

Natalie works to champion client engagement and enhance Utility Collections service performance delivery.

Helen is an award winning marketeer with over 20 years experience in marketing and PR. 

She is IEMA qualified to help the business with their carbon reduction journey.

In her spare time she enjoys gardening or going out on the family boat.

In a varied 20-year (and counting) career, Chris has accumulated a range of experience in HR and data management. 

He is a CIPD associate in organisational learning and development and is currently studying a degree in Data Sciences. 

He supports a terrible football team.
